KROA sells Oregon Rental Housing Association (ORHA) hard copy forms.  Forms can be purchased in person from our office between 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Thursday at 2212 S 6th Street in Klamath Falls, OR 97601.  

KROA members receive a significant discount on forms. All sales benefit KROA. 

Forms may also be purchased online through the state association webstore.  Purchases on the webstore generally does not help KROA.
