The Klamath County Museum, which is actually a system of three county-owned museums, has been supported by county government since it was established in 1954. But in recent years, as budget concerns mounted for county government, the county budget committee has steadily reduced funding. Early in 2010, the budget committee eliminated all support for the museums.

3 years ago, the county voters passed a tax levy to support the museums. That levy is now up for renewal.

Todd Kepple and Rich Touslee will be the speakers.
