Fees - Deposits - Fines - What's the difference?

Please join us for a round table discussion. When do you charge a fee or a deposit? What fines can you assess a tenant? We'll discuss the differences and the circumstances of using each.

No host lunch and meeting - Noon to 1:30.

You must be a member of KROA and a licensed Oregon property manager or real estate broker managing rental properties to attend. (If you have received an invitation or notification by mistake, please contact the office and you'll be removed from the list.)
